- #wcw - Sarah Lombardi Sarah and her husband John have been members now for over a year and a lot of that time was spent pregnant and recovering from her third baby, but she has not let that be an excuse! She instead used it as a motivator. Amazing job Sarah! (and it just goes to show that the weight doesn't always tell the true story).... "18 months ago I saw the photo on the left and said to myself it’s time to get into a healthier routine. I joined Crossfit and have been working with a great nutrition coach (@lifestylenutrition_coach ) at the gym for the past 2 months. My weight on the scale is the same in both pictures but now I feel leaner, have more energy and feel great about myself. I didn’t give up despite not having a lot of time for myself. I have 3 small kids, I work full time, my husband often travels for work, I got pregnant, etc. I saw those as challenges instead of excuses to reach my goals and show my kids that having an active lifestyle impacts you positively in other areas of your life."
