- Still doesn’t feel like you passed away 2 years ago. Like many, Stuart Scott helped make mornings bearable with his funny sayings, charisma and knowledge of sports. From when I was 5 years old, I would watch Sportscenter and quote him at school. All thru out my life, he was always the one constant. Having a bad day, stressed out. For that hour while watching Sportscenter, you forgot all of that. As he got older, I got to witness not only was he a great guy but he was a fighter. Something I have immense respect for. Stuart Scott was all that was right in sports, it was genuine. It was passion and he was innovator. He brought a style that was unparalleled at the time and still will never be replicated. This day holds a special day in my heart, i still think when I turn on ESPN at 11. You will be there, in hindsight. I know you are. Just want to say, always remember Stuart Scott. again, thank you for helping shape my childhood. Remember before you go to sleep, flip your pillow over to cool side🙏 #stuartscott #thankyou #espn #neverforget #tarheels #love #sports #resteasy #sportscenter #heavengotanotherangel #booyah #whathadhappenedwas

- Had the Ranger game on, but had it in the background while I had my headphones on listening to music. Take my headphones off, was about to clean and then in a nano second, literally like it flowed. Keep in mind, he said first “1209” before he said “209.” I was born December 9th, 12/09♐️ If you ever been thru a awakening or have encountered a synchronicity, the feeling is one of the most natural highs. To a new year filled with synchronicities and for everyone to experience. “As we blossom or awaken, we begin to notice there is a force in the world that seems to be operating and leading us into a certain destiny. And it's very much a kind of detective effort on our own part to figure out what these things mean. The synchronicity is essentially a meaningful coincidence that brings us information at just the right time. While leading us forward, it also feels very inspiring and destined in a way. It feels like we're on a path of unfolding in our own personal evolution.” #theuniverse #synchronicity #209 #awaken #spirtualawakening #carljung #5thdimension #evolve #intuition #love #jamesredfield #message #perfecttiming #2018

- Every morning when I wake up next to you, everything in the universe feels like it’s in order. Never in my life have I found someone so talented and beautiful inside and out. From being able to answer questions on cash cab to being able to embroider and be a great photographer. She taught me how to have patience and to follow my dreams. I wake up with gratitude because she came into my life at the perfect moment. The universe listened and manifested something beyond my wildest dreams. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and I like ok forward to many more to come ❤️ #love #anniversary #beautiful #mytaurus #realtalk💯 #theuniverse #prettyface #lucky #understatement #serendipity

- This was a newspaper article from over 17 years ago previewing the Knicks vs Spurs NBA Finals matchup. When I say living in Brooklyn during the run was something I will never forget. When I say the whole city was orange and blue, it really was. 1999 was a magical season. Being only 9 years old, I remember the lockout and not knowing if basketball was going to even be played. Come February, the lockout ends and the Knicks, with a team filled with castoffs ended up running the table and sneaking into the playoffs as the #8 seed. It’s in my blood to hate the Miami Heat and was always told Pat Reilly was a trader. Only because those Heat teams now looking back were a carbon copy of the Knicks. Almost like Superman vs Bizzaro Superman. I remember Pj Brown tossing Charlie Ward and the benches clearing leading to everyone being suspended on the Knicks, which forced Van Gundy to start Chris Dudley. So fast forward to 99, Heat were the best in the east but had no answer for the Knicks “small ball” which would have transitioned perfectly in today’s game. With Houston, Spree, LJ, and Camby, the Knicks had a uptempo game and balance with Spree taking it coast to coast and Houston perfecting his step back 3. Then with .8 seconds left, Houston lands that floater to beat Miami. Knicks ended up breezing past Atlanta, and ended up versing the nemesis in the Pacers who, as a kid always scared me. Watching Reggie drain shot after shot, Travis Best never making a mistake. The fundamentals of Rik Smits (Marist alum) and the two body guards in Dale and Antonio Davis along with the leadership Mark Jackson displayed. Would hit floaters and modeled a lot of my game from him. The way he would bring the ball up the court but immediately start posting up the defender. The pacers were a formidable group, but again the Knicks fast paced offense and stingy defense tired the pacers. Then in game 3 with11.9 seconds, down by 3. Larry Johnson provided my favorite Knicks moment of all time. He takes the inbounds pass, starts to pump fake and I’m yelling #shoot. Antonio Davis is guarding him and it goes in. Amazing moment....
