- Thai Prawn curry by Kitchen Queen Maseeha Jeewa using Sujees Masala.. 1/2 kg prawns peeled and deveined 1 large onion sliced 2 large tomatoes grated Sujees Green Masala Salt Haldi Chilli Powder Spice Delite Prawn Masala @sujees_masala fish and prawn marinade 1/4 cup coconut cream 250ml fresh cream 1/4 cup baby corn 1/4 cup mange tout (flat peas) •Boil flat peas and baby corn for a few minutes in salted water until tender. •Cook prawns in ghee in pot with 1 tsp sujees green Masala, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 2 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp sujees Masala until tender. •Braise onion in oil. Add in 1 tsp sujees green Masala. Then add tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi and 2 tsp chilli powder. Cook on low for 10mins. Add in Veg and prawns. Add coconut cream and fresh cream. Add 2 tsp sujees prawn masala and 2 tsp spice Delite prawn masala. Adjust salt. When boiling switch off. Serve with savory rice. - Maseeha
