- I used to DIE at the thought of getting up in the 5:00 hour. 😏😱But since I started my business, I’ve put some things in place to help me do a good job with it. And time to feed my mind and spirit is one of them.👌🏼 Now I look forward to that time! My J-O-B is to continually become my best self so that I can better help other people become their best selves. Are you kidding me? If I knew way back when what I do now, I’d say, Heck yes! Let’s do that! Everyday and twice on Sunday! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️😍💃🏻🤩 #lovewhatyoudoeveryday

- I posted this in my challenge group but it deserves posting here too.... Can you imagine a world where we all supported each other without judging ourselves?! Or supported ourselves without judging eachother?! 😊 Wow. That sweet centered peace that allows us to just love on other people and it doesn’t cost us a thing. 👌🏼 To know you are fearfully and wonderfully made and you can encourage that knowledge in the person next to you. I’m guessing the world would be better, no? 🧐 I definitely want to be a part of that. 😍

I listened to the 80’s cardio station on Pandora and “Rio” by Duran Duran was the best throw back! (I seriously love that band. Still. 😉) my arms are jelly but I’m feeling GOOD! What stations do you listen to for working out? I really need suggestions. I’m scared of Spotify 🤷🏼‍♀️ (tech impaired 🙋🏼‍♀️). So help me with pandora! Or get me going on Spotify. 😉 TIA!

Best of intentions down the drain 😏. This way we’re good to go and will see those hard earned results in just a little bit! 💃🏻🙌🏼 Question for you tuna/chicken salad lovers... I made it with Greek yogurt instead of mayo. What other herbs, spices, etc do you add to make it delish? Mine is pretty plain so far...🙏🏼😘

- My friend Marie dropped some knowledge on everyone at church this morning when she reminded us that you can’t change the past, you can’t predict the future, but you can do something with right now. She wasn’t talking about goals or plans or changing your life. She was talking about dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, hard circumstances, and difficult situations and challenged us that RIGHT NOW you can decide how you respond to all of that. You can look and see all that God has done, even if it’s hard, and rest in the fact that something bigger than you is in control of this whole thing and you can RIGHT NOW respond well. You don’t have to control all of it. You can let God do His thing and know that it will all be worked out for good. Even if it totally sucks. And I don’t really know how impossible that would feel in the moment, but I watch both she and her husband deal with chronic physical ailments, and do it with a good attitude, and they look and see what God has done in their lives aside from this pain (and even because of this pain), and I think, I should listen to her. She knows what she’s talking about. So, if you’ve got these things in your life, know that you are loved with an eternal love, and that you can rest in that, even if the pain isn’t going away. ❤️

But if you can take just a few minutes and decide what today is all about, it changes everything. 😍🙏🏼 A while ago, I started getting up an hour before the kids. It’s early. 5:20. 🤯. At first I was scared of it. Now I look forward to it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I make my tea, take 10 min to be silent, read 10-15 min each of my bible, a professional development book, and a personal development book. Then I journal what I want today to be about. After that, the kids are up and the day is off and running!😜 But having spent that hour beforehand, I’ve remembered who I am, who I want to be, what I want to do and what it’s gonna take to do it. It’s really making a big difference. I encourage you to try it! Even 30 min! #wevegotthis

- Well, she is darling any way and in any shape! And I don’t usually show body pictures like this because the body really isn’t the point. (I mean it’s nice, don’t get me wrong 😉, but it just doesn’t go deep enough). But I can guarantee you that her mind and discipline and grit are different in that second picture than they were in the first! But you know what? It’s the first picture that has all that STRENGTH. That’s the version of her that said, “YES. I’m ready to do this. To discipline myself, so make the choices that my TRUE self would make. The one who sees where I want to go and says, heck yes! Let’s do that!” And look at her 80 days later. Super proud of all that effort, I bet. THIS is the group I’m starting Monday. 20 of us are ready to hit it hard and kick butt all the way to the end. I can not WAIT to see the results. I expect it to be another game changer in this journey jeff and I have been on 🙌🏼. I can take 2 more people if you just realized you’re ready 😘. And I can take 3 more if you’d rather a 21 day program. That’s what I started one year ago and those 3 weeks made all the difference 💪🏼🙌🏼
