- Incorporated some rear delt flies for today's back day! As you'll see in the video I'm laying face down on an adjustable bench raised to a 45 degree incline. Check to make sure your torso is firmly planted on the bench. I personally like to posteriorly tuck and squeeze my glutes to make sure my hips are flush with the bench as well. As you lift or abduct away from your midline keep your elbows high and slightly bent while gripping the dumbbell tightly. Halfway through the video you'll notice me slide my grip to the distal end of the weights and continue the same form, in a controlled manner. This little modification TORE my shoulders up. Notice how light the weight is folks, you won't need much.
