- A little #fbf showing my forearmstand progress over the last 3 years! I haven’t been training contortion as much lately, which has caused me to regress a little bit and feel super frustrated, so I needed this reminder that I’ve come a long way since 2014. I can now lift into my forearmstand without momentum (yay!) and balance in this deeper position. One of my biggest 2018 goals is: consistency! Now that I don’t have as much time to train, I know I have to be consistent when I do. In the wise words of @fitandbendy, progress is made in millimeters πŸ’–βœ¨πŸ’ͺ🏻

- I think I did something! I was trying to take the forearm shape from a couple of days ago a little higher on the pole and this is the shape I came up with. Not sure if it already has a name, but if not I’m calling it #pdbigdipper 😍🌟I initially wanted that top leg to be parallel to the other leg (same shape I posted the other day), but I couldn’t support my weight like that. I’m sure someone can do it - @anastasiaskukhtorovapoledance @cjchild @kateeranderson @marioncrampe πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–
