- Hey friends! I’m going to start posting occasional videos of my favorite work outs! This one is a go to for me when I’m wanting to work my back especially my lats! With most of my work outs I like to start with an light weight and do 15-20 reps and really focus on activating the right muscles. Then I do two more sets each heavier weight then the last and lowering the reps. I’ve been really working on getting more definition in my back and this one is great! - I cannot tell you how proud I am of these wonderful girls below putting together the ladies program #prettystrong at the gym. #turkish x This is sure to be a success. @theministrygym with @get_repost ・・・ “Pretty Strong” is our 8 week group training programme for women who want to know how to weight train correctly and effectively in the gym. The session is taught BY women, FOR women. We will educate you on how to weight train with excellent technique, in a way that is safe and will get results. This group session is aimed at complete beginners to regular gym users and will enable you to train with confidence and knowledge in a supportive and friendly environment.
