I present to you my latest & simple mid-day snack obsession. 😍 All ya gotta do it stick your favorite waffles in the toaster & spread a bit of almond butter on each once they're crisped to perfection. (I opted for the pumpkin spice from Nature's Path because #pumpkin) Eating clean shouldn't mean that you have to give up your favorite treats- just find the healthier options! Plus... who doesn't want breakfast food for every meal. 💁🏼‍♀️ #Gainz

- 4 Favorite Upper Body Stretches! 1. Shoulder Stretch-Keep arm at 90 degrees and lean over shoulder as you pull wrist down! 2. Doorway Chest Stretch-Start with arms up high keep stretch through chest and armpits, keep core tight and slide hands lower slowly! 3. Lat & Upper Back Stretch-Try not to let hands slide, pull butt and arms away from each other and push head through straight arms! 4. Lat & Shoulder Stretch-Tuck elbow as tight behind head as possible, keep core tight and lean away from that side. Feel stretch in lats and side!

- Everyone wants to make excuses about why they can’t train. . . It’s too cold. . . It’s too late. . . I stayed over at work today. . . I didn’t get enough sleep last night. . . Want to know who doesn’t ever make excuses? Christian Ramirez (@badlifts ) this guy trains in his BACK YARD no matter the time (I’ve gotten plenty of on videos of him training in darkness.) He doesn’t whine or complain. He doesn’t go off programming. He gets his program and he gets it done. . . #proudcoach
