- Postura del árbol Vrksasana 🌲🌳 Comienza de pie,traslada el peso de tu cuerpo hacia un solo pie,lentamente levanta la pierna contraria. Apoya la planta del pie en el costado interno de la pierna extendida,junta las palmas de las manos en el centro del pecho ( aquí estoy haciendo una variante feliz 😊) Fija la mirada en algún punto para concentrarte 😉 Mantén la postura 4 respiraciones y cambia de lado ❤️🌳 Una vez que sientas estabilidad sobre el pie puedes intentar otras variantes como la de la foto 😉 Por ejemplo subir los brazos por encima de la cabeza, hacer mudras con las manos o cerrar los ojos. Beneficios🌞🕺❤️ Fortalece muslos, pantorrillas, tobillos y columna vertebral Estira piernas, pecho, espalda y hombros. Favorece el sentido de equilibrio Ayuda a trabajar el arraigo Ojo ! 🚫No apoyar el pie sobre la rodilla para evitar lesiones 🤕 .
