My gosh... that has been me 🙇🏻‍♀️ When I chose my word for the year: B•A•L•A•N•C•E I knew I would struggle with it because I have high expectations for myself. I want to do all things now & I want to do them really well. But, that’s just not realistic. And when you throw in the fact that I’m a people pleaser who worries about people’s thoughts/opinions it just escalates things! This morning I’m slowing down with intention and reminding myself that it’s ok to breathe and that sometimes you just can’t get all the things done 🙅🏻‍♀️ And it’s ok not to meet every expectation of every person around you. I’m only one person.
