I'm not saying fat's the enemy here, but I am saying eating too much fat will definitley make you fat far quicker than eating too much protein or (to a lesser degree) carbs will - especially if you already have a low body fat percentage. That's a fact. 🤫 The ingredients used were: 2 Onions 3 Garlic Cloves Pepper, Paprika, Mixed Herbs/Spice. Add 2, 15oz. cans of rinsed/drained chick peas, 1/2 cup tahini, 6 drops YL Lemon Vitailty oil, 2tsp apple cider vinegar and a pinch of each sea salt and cracked black pepper. Purée until desired consistency adding water and salt to taste.
