- @livewellnz Bliss Balls โ˜† 1 1/2 Cup Dates โ˜† 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder โ˜† 1 1/2 Cups Almond Meal โ˜† 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil โ˜† Cacao nibs Soak dates for a few minutes, drain and add to blender along with almond meal, cocoa powder & coconut oil. Once mixture becomes sticky add in cacao nibs.
