- Having good amounts of DHA (or omega 3s in general) helps in optimizing brain function and overall health and people don’t generally get enough in their diet. You can use fish oils, but a lot of people are switching over to algae based omega 3s. With poor quality fish oils you run the risk of exposure to unwanted contaminants like mercury. With algae, you’re basically cutting out the middle man! This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company, and I can say in my own experience, I haven’t had the fish burps. Try it out for yourself!!!I’m also open to other algae recommendations, if you have them; I’m not necessarily promoting this brand, exclusively. - 🏝 ¡Miren la receta que les traigo para hoy!😍👉 tomen nota: 🍋TORTITA DE LIMÓN Y AMAPOLA SALUDABLE🍋 Vas a necesitar (Salen 2 individuales): - 3/4 taza de harina a elección (Use de arroz). - 1/2 taza de leche. - Jugo y ralladura de 1/2 Limón. - 1 clara. - 4 sobres de endulzante. - 1 cdta de polvo para hornear. - 1 cucharada sopera de semillas de amapola. 🏝Procedimiento: Mezclar todos los ingredientes (Menos la clara) hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea, aparte batir las clara a nieve e incorporarla al resto de los ingredientes. Verter la preparación en dos moldes individuales (También podes hacerlo en 4 moldes para muffin) y llevar al horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 15 minutos aproximadamente ¡Saben que siempre los leo así que si la hacen cuéntenme si salió rica!😊🙌👏
