- Proof that you can drop the Xmas podge in just over 2 weeks WITHOUT fad diets. First week I trained every day after work (a mixture of cardio, HIIT and weights) and cut out bad sugars (ie chocolate, sweets, cakes etc), second week I trained 4-5 hours a day combining MMA, circuits and a shit load of press ups with a high calorie intake (but still no bad sugars) and lots of sleep!! Legs are still packing a bit of timber but it's only been 2 weeks so bring on the next two 😊😊 Understandably it's not always possible to train that long and hard each day around work but losing weight is possible without shortcuts if you are dedicated to it enough...
