- Deadlift 430lbs/195kg Finally back in my natural habitat after being away for a week. Last couple of days felt so restless, problem with sleeping at night, irregular heart rate, resting heart rate was higher than normal, mood swings, walking upside down, etc... Guess I'll go into depression if this prolongs 😂😂 . Needed this training session so badly to keep myself sane. So today's workout: 1. Box jump 3x5 2. Weighted jump squat 4x3 @ 40lbs 3. Deadlift 335lbs x3, 380lbs x3, 430lbs x6, 380lbs x3, 335lbs x10 4. Hip Thrust 4x8 @ 130kg 5. Nordic curls 3x8 6. Back raises 3x10 @ 90lbs It's 9pm now and I'm feeling much calmer. Guess body is back to normal. Looking forward to Monday... Bench Press Day!!! @marvininspire let's bench till we pass out 😂.
