- I was so excited to find our Cancun hotel had a Gym!! My poor body has been a bit neglected the past few weeks and it felt so good to smash out a workout. Here is the workout I done today! πŸ’₯2k run on treadmill SUPERSETS πŸ’₯ squat & row - jump squat x15 πŸ’₯ shoulder press x15 - 1 min sprint πŸ’₯ plank to push x10 - mountain climb x30 πŸ’₯ cable kick back - lat pull down x15 πŸ’₯ chest press - single arm row x15 I finished with a quick walk to cool down and some stretches. In between I had eggs with onions and small portion of basmati rice with my coffee β˜•οΈ for brunch. (Such a Filipino thing with the Maggie seasoning!) . .
