- After working with @gordongrimm for a little over two months, his nagging wrist pain is almost all but gone, his shoulders feel relatively stable, he's hitting PRs with his lifts, and lifestyle is dialing in to leave him in the perfect spot for the CrossFit Open. This didn't happen as a result of 3+ hours of training a day, or multiple sessions each day. It happened because we looked at everything and prioritized what was preventing the progress from a holistic perspective that took into account what happens the other 22-23 hours of the day outside of training. Gordon aligned his actions with his ambitions, put the work in with the unsexy side of training: lifestyle and recovery. I absolutely love getting to work with anyone that puts their money where their mouth is and takes the coaching! The answer is rarely do more work. If anything, it's do less and live better as it relates to your individual goals Prioritize the gaps in performance and adaptation will follow.
