- While most people think they can only make nicecream with bananas, i simply use yogurt. Oh dont forget the fruit, fresh herbs, seeds and again Frooooooooot😲😲😲 with low calorie, low fat, grows on trees, tons of vitamins, eat four servings a day fruit. That fruit. Freeze it, whiz it through the blender and bam, or should i say, YUM. This stuff has changed my lifestyle and especially my eating habits years ago which was definitely the best decision of my life, so far. So get rid of those awful sorbet ice cream from the supermarkets in your little village and have your own sexy, tasty raw vegan, super creamy, delicious and healthy variant of normal ice cream at home. I only needed 1 spoon and i was completely addicted. And i'm sure that you'll love it too as you have the possibility to vary the recipe however you wish just to your own styling and taste😆 You can also use the amazing superfoods from @rawnice to make your smoothies & nicecreams more powerfull and greater.
