- Slow Cooker Brazilian Feijoada w/Brazilian White Rice - combine black beans, bacon, pork shoulder stew meat, smoked pork neck bones, smoked pork sausage, pork loin rib end, pork spare ribs, sliced onions, garlic cloves, chicken broth, coriander, bay leaves, white vinegar, salt, & black pepper in a crock pot. Set on low and let it cook for 10+ hours. When it’s finished, try and remove as many of the bones as you can. Serve with fresh cilantro and orange slices. Rice: sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add dry rice to the pot and stir for 3 or 4 minutes. Add boiling water to the pot, season with salt and simmer until rice is ready.
