- Our nervous system ✨ since delving into my Neuromuscular course, I've been amazed at what I've learnt about the body 🤗 (warning nerd alert 🚨🤓) We have our sympathetic nervous system which is most dominant during stressful situations 😰 and our parasympathetic nervous system which is most dominant in calming situations 💆🏽😊When our body is in our parasympathetic mode, the other body's systems work more efficiently such as our digestive system. So that got me thinking about exercise 🤔 For a lot of us we spend the whole day stressed in work and then run out of work trying to make it to a high intensity class and wonder why we're not losing weight or still have a bloated gut 🙈 It's probably because we're spending the whole day in our sympathetic nervous system and not giving our poor body's time in our parasympathetic nervous system. 🤔 it's important to have a balance between both. Our sympathetic nervous system helps us in dangerous situations like slamming your foot on the break to avoid a collision 💥 and our parasympathetic system helps us to be less reactive and sleep better which in turn allows our digestive system to work to its optimum 😄 try ask yourself is your workout routine working for your current mental state? If not, maybe try change it up. Food for thought 💕 . . . . - Les points de vigilance : - boire suffisamment eau, tisane, décoction ( 7 verres mini ) - ne pas faire d'effort violent - renforcer l'hygiène buccale pour votre confort et celui de votre entourage lol - hydrater votre peau Je médite et je pratique le qi gong tous les jours. Je profite de la pause déjeuner pour m'allonger même si je ne dors pas, méditer, faire une séance d'hypnose... bref je me donne du temps et je travaille a mon bien-être pour apprendre à me gratifier autrement. Auto-hypnose quotidiennement. En 12 jours j'accuse une perte totale de 7,2kg et je devrais être en cétose ; je me testerai les jours prochains. - 🌸 Product review - Clinique liquid mild facial soap, for dry / combination skin 🌸 - Product rating = 2/10 Would I repurchase? - Hell no. - I haven’t used this product in a couple years, but I found it in my parents cupboard the other day and thought hey, seeing as I haven’t thrown it away yet, might as well review. - In summary, this is a really really bad product. I’d purchased it after reading that it’s good for dry skin and is quite a mild cleanser, which appealed to me as I’m tired of cleansers that strip your skin and leave it feeling really tight after. Big mistake. After a week use, this product broke me out sooo badly. I didn’t clock on that this was one of the reasons for my sudden bad angry acne for about a month, and by then it had done enough damage to my skin. Furthermore - it doesn’t seem to clean my skins at all.
