- The #results of yesterdays #survey work off the #coast of Point Dume. Yes..... There IS a #shipwreck down there....surrounded by a MASSIVE field of debris. Unfortunately for me, the weather shows that specific time to kick up and the currents proved too much for the ROV to handle. Though I cannot say for absolute certain what was down there, I can say that whatever it is was very large, and I only glanced it for about 2 seconds before the current wipped the ROV away from it. A massive dark shadow, engulfed in a blanket o thousands of fish. The instant the oppertunity presents itself we are going straight back out there to identify this Mystery Wreck.... Is it....the St. Croix ? I think IT IS. #wanderlust #exploration #adventure #storied #treasures #StoriedTreasures #history #discovery #underwater

I went from being over weight, unhappy, judgemental, not being able to workout without feeling like giving up on myself and life to loving myself, others, being able to work out and not feel like death after. Using the bands is a great way to learn how to load & use your glutes...a few drills at the start but then out the band away and workout. You’re not dead, your glutes are active with decent form & tension lunge, Squat, deadlift or hip thrust and you hit that 🍑. Stop wasting your time with endless variations of band drills or jumping around sometime onto a box to feel the burn. Your 🍑 is a muscle and if you want it to get bigger you have to train it 🏋🏾‍♂️ #project🍑

Ectomorphs typically have narrow bone structures, low body fat, and have a harder time putting on muscle - often referred to as “hardgainers”. They are often more “wired”, fidgeters, anxious and susceptible to higher stress hormones making them prone to losing muscle mass (especially on limbs). They are often well suited and naturally drift towards more endurance based exercise/ sports. They often do better on a higher carbohydrate and lower fat diet . Mesomorphs typically have broader bone structures and higher muscle mass, but can also be susceptible to gaining body fat if they don’t stay on top of their exercise/ nutrition. These are the people that can “look at a weight” and pack on muscle mass in a few weeks (bastards). They’re often well suited to a variety of exercise/ sports that require strength, explosiveness, endurance or a combination of qualities. They often do well on a fairly mixed diet, carbs and fats can be adjusted depending on activity levels . Endomorphs typically have broad bone structures, and a “rounder” physique. They put on body fat easily, but can also put on muscle and strength quite well too. Quite well suited to power and strength exercises/ sports. They are often prone to being more insulin resistant, and do better on lower carbs and higher fats . Keep in mind that these are general guidelines, and it will always DEPEND on a case to case basis (goals, sports, lifestyle etc) - however they can provide some valuable insight into nutritional and exercise strategies for different people. You can also train different qualities to shift your category ie. a “true” Endomorph that loses body fat and puts on muscle can shift their qualities towards more of an Mesomorph
