- On the struggle bus today and seriously considered returning to bed but it's day 34 and I had friends to meet in the virtual gym. Just because we aren't in the same room together doesn't mean we don't support and push any less!! So I drank my energy juice and ate my frittata. Then I joined in with Cardio Core. I dug deep, visualized sitting on the beach and thought about how I've never done a program this hard but I want results like I've never had! - Day 116: Wowzers yesterday was a big day... I've been trying to figure out what day should be my rest day, and I think by the sheer feeling of my body today, Tuesdays it is 😄 The crazy thing about my training at the moment is that I'm totally in love with it all and I don't want to rest. I'm thinking about all the things I can do, how to improve and just so amped in general... this is what it feels like when you're doing something you love 😍 But at the same time, my body aches all over and I know the best thing I can do is to take the time to rest and recover. Take a day team...
