- My Man: Csöcsiiii (that's me), what are you doing? Me: Something cracked.. My Man: Yes.... Me: I think it just "came out".. My Man: Is it working? Me: Yeah.. • After this accident the ligament behind my right leg hurt when I did my splits practice so I'll go easy with my stretching routine and go back to rehab exercises for a while instead of stretching. Similar happened to me before, but not with this big sound crack..😕 Hopefully it won't be a big deal.🙄 • And before this I did my usual S&S training, swings are definitely improving, but today I could only do one TGU with the 24kg kb after the usual stuff, so I switched back to the 16kg for the rest of my TGUs.
