- "Filling the jar" With health and fitness goals, we are constantly bombarded with ideas of cleanses and detoxes, supplementation, carb cycling, and countless other diets and options (again not to say these things are useless, everything can have a time and place). The big rocks include things like: - CONSISTENCY - Eating mindfully, slowly & chewing your food - food quality - food quantity (calorie deficit for fat loss, and a surplus for muscle gain) - at least 7hrs good quality sleep EVERY night - CONSISTENCY - daily NEAT/ movement - healthy physical & social environment - minimum 4 to 5hrs exercise per week - plenty of water - did I mention CONSISTENCY! Definitely proud of myself for finishing it 😍 My food was basically on point today (took a few bites of pizza and a bite of mac n cheese when i got home from work..**STRESS EATING ANYONE🙄😜!?**) Dinner was my favorite though : Pita bread, grilled chicken, hummus, lettuce and onion SO GOOD!
