You can eat 100% “healthy” foods all day long and struggle to lose weight if you’re eating too many calories. - But let me explain... - Just because food quantity (aka calories & portions) matters most for weight loss, it doesn’t mean food quality (aka vitamins & minerals) is irrelevant. Losing and maintaining a healthy body weight is one part of being healthy, but so is ensuring you’re strong plenty of nutrient-dense foods full of fiber & micronutrients 🍎🥗 - So, what does all this mean? - It means you need to find a balance that works for YOU. - The majority of your food choices come from micronutrient-dense whole foods.
