Quando sei mentalmente stanco, la vita fa schifo e tua sorella (@anitagalleani) é anormale, puoi provare con: 1) Testare la portata del bilanciere con uno stacco hookgrip senza cintura a 240 kg. (Di più non c'era spazio) 2) Raccogliere la muscle up Challenge di @manuele_ferrari_ e fare 10/11 bar m up di fila. Fatti solo di forza perché a kippare non sono buono. 3) Spancare easy 150 kg con fermo, dopo 6 mesi a non far panca. My main goal is 6 pull ups and although this video only shows 4, I can get up to 5 and possibly 6 when I’m not completely DEAD from my workout! That video will be coming soon. I find it crazy that just a few months ago I was so much weaker than I am now. Hard work and dedication really does pay off.
