- 🍩Abs.........what’s my secret you ask me ?!? 1️⃣water!!!!!! Drink water life your life depends on it! I drink about a gallon a day and I swear it makes a difference! When you drink water, water helps to increase your metabolic activity which is extremely helpful before a meal!😉 2️⃣ you need to lose body FAT!!!! Not body weight but FAT! So that means cardio is not your friend here. It's great and all but it's not going to help you get that lean look, you need to build that muscle! Weights and HIT workouts are perfect. To burn fat you need to have muscle! 😉 I know it can be frustrating and our abdominal is the last thing to get lean, don't give up it will happen. 3️⃣ FIBER....and when I say fiber i mean eat your vegetables!!!! Not only are you eating healthy but you are doing your digestive a favor 🙌🏻. 4️⃣ it takes time know it won't happen over night, but it will. Hormones play a huge part in our body as well. Lately, my workouts aren’t AS intense, I can’t finish the whole thing sometimes, I have to modify some of the moves, and I can’t lift as much weight. . . But I’m showing up. Every day. Knowing it will pay off in the long run. . . I can’t even believe it, yesterday I took measurements/checked my weight and I had the BIGGEST losses thus far!!! . I am so happy that I decided to make the decision to take care of me! We started Phase 2, all new workouts + heavier weights! I was exhausted the first part of the week. But by the weekend my body started adapting! . - She came up to me last night and told me that she wanted to be just like me. . She proceeded to point out all my physical features and then tell me that when she was a grown up that she would look like me. . I know she’s just three so she is only thinking of the traits she can see with her eyes but her statement really got me right in the ❤️. . As she gets older I hope she will see other aspects of “Mom” that she wants to emulate. Like strength, persistence, and self love. . Until then, I will work my hardest everyday to be an example to both my girls. . #mydeepestwhy
