- If you are still on this #veganuary @weareveganuary tip then this is a good dish to keep it exiting. Miso marinated and sesame crusted tofu bites with a gochujang dipping sauce. Scroll to the right and you can see how I made a full meal of it. Pretty darn good! Happy Sunday! Recipe 👇👇 1 block firm tofu cut into 1inch cubes 2 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp @clearspringuk sweet white miso 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp toasted sesame oil Couple of cracks of black pepper Enough water to make a thick pancake consistency batter Salt to taste Marinade the tofu in the batter for 20mins minimum. Remove and roll each piece in toasted sesame seeds. Place onto parchment lined baking tray. Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Serve on it's own with the dipping sauce or make it into a meal by adding lettuce wraps (or steamed cabbage leaves) and kimchi. 👇 For the sauce, mix 1tbsp gochujang paste, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil. - This is when we ate at Ramen Dojo. Funny thing is when it's our time to order, I panicked and ordered the same order as my mom's 😂 which is Mixed Seafood Champon but I didn't have any regrets! I loved the taste of it 😋 my twin sister @annikajlee ordered Shrimp Ebi Miso. I want to eat there again! I want to order their Pork Tonkotsu and Chicken Tori Baitan next time. Never used to be a Tesco fan but felt pretty spoilt this time, my favourite supermarket seems to change on a daily basis. Anywhere else that is recommended? This Japanese #saladjar from #bolfoods is really fresh and crisp with a lovely #misodressing and it's not only 2/5 a day but also high #fibre with 15g #plantprotein! . Also treated myself to the new @wickedhealthy #wickedkitchen pizza and a #coconut oat #deliciouslyellaball 😋
