- BE CLEAR WITH YOUR LIFE - If you want to achieve all of the things your dream of, then you must be clear with what your want out of life. Understanding yourself and where you want to be in 10 years time, visualising everything you want down to the fine details is one of the most powerful ways to manifest it into your life. When you know exactly what you want, and what it will take to get there, the motivation and hard work becomes easier because you have that clarity needed. - Take some time to yourself, go to your favourite spot and think about and write down everything you want in life, in all the different areas. Become clear on where you want to be in 10 years time and work backwards as to what it will take to get there. Where will you need to be in 8, 5, and 3 years time? What steps can you make today that will bring you closer to it? - When taking the steps towards your dreams, it comes down to being conscious of your decisions and the consequences involved. Will the decision you make be helping or hurting you? - Those who LIVE LEGENDARY are the ones who sacrifice what is necessary and only take steps that move them closer towards their dreams and goals. - This is your journey.. Yay! • But before you jump in headfirst, I want you to be realistic with how much time you actually have. • You know I hate the word REALISTIC. So let's change it to FAIR. • Be FAIR on yourself. • Don't do what - we all do! - when you want to start a new workout routine and we tell ourselves we're going to go to the gym 1 hr every day and cut back on calories. We all know that trying to go from zero to 100 won't work or last. • It's the same with being consistent. Consistent = acting in the same way over time. • It does NOT have to mean posting 4 times a day, 7 days a week on every social media platform, blogging 5 days a week and saying you'll send 3 emails a week to your list. In fact, that's setting yourself up to fail. • Consistent just means doing the SAME thing. It means showing up in the same way. • Look at your week and ask yourself what's realistic/fair for you. Is trying to blog 5 times a week going to send you into a spin? Then aim for once a week but be CONSISTENT. Choose a day and stick to it! • Will you be posting every day on social media? Which platforms? Or will you post just 3 times a week. Will you be posting Saturday and Sunday or just during the week? • I run my business full-time so I show up a lot more than I did when I was teaching 4 days a week. • The trick is making a plan and sticking to it. • If you're trying to go from occasional posting to every day then ease yourself into it. Just like you would a new workout routine. Set goals that excite you not scare and overwhelm you. • So, tell me in the comments below: 1) How often do you commit to showing up on social media and on which platforms? 2) Will you be sending a newsletter/email out to your list? - It's so easy sometimes to get caught up in being busy and stressed out that we forget to take a minute to stop and look around and appreciate all the things we have and get to do that used to be just dreams. . . The last couple of weeks have been SO busy between our in person and online clients (on-boarding & programming & check ins & sessions) -keeping my own nutrition and training on point 100% - spending time with Carter and making sure he's fed , played with, learning & happy- cleaning & laundry, staying in touch with and making time for friends and our relationship -trying to still get adequate sleep 😅ETC . . I've been letting myself get stressed out at all the things I "have" to do when I look at my to do list but today I took a minute to just breathe. Breathe and think.Yes I have a million things to do always but holy shit are we ever living our dream right now. I don't HAVE to do any of these things but I GET to do what I love - with who I love, every single day! . . The fact that I'm making a difference in the lives of so many women makes me so happy.I get to help people and teach them and care for them. I am healthy and willing and able to train my ass off and other than being tired AF I am killing my prep. I get to spend so much time watching my beautiful boy grow up and I am so blessed that I get to do all of this with the love of my life by my side. . . Nobody said being entrepreneurs and stay at home parents at the same time would be easy. It certainly isn't glamorous and sometimes it is tough not being able to "clock out" for the night or trying to work with Carter crawling all over us but I know we are so damn fortunate to be busy and growing and HAPPY. When it comes down to it I wouldn't change this busy AF and messy and sometimes crazy life of ours for anything. #grateful #attitudeiseverything #abundancemindset #joyfulmamas #workingmom
