- When we look at our health we have to look at our overall well being. Sometimes our hair and skin gets overlooked. I was always told I had a pretty hair but I didn’t feel that way. I damaged constantly with heat and #sulfates and #parabens 🙅🏽‍♀️❌ this is My hair transformation with @devacurl healthy vs. unhealthy curls (see last pic) 💚 ——————————————————— A veces la salud de nuestra piel y de nuestro cabello pasa a segundo plano, y es correcto que lo que comemos es súper importante, pero también lo es los productos que usamos en nuestra piel y cabello. Esta es la transformación de mi cabello después de dejar de usar shampoo y productos con sulfates y parabens. Me cambié a los productos @devacurl y a cualquier otro que sea libre de químicos que dañan el cabello. - First time having a Vegan Steak Torta using @gardein beefless tips and a trip to my nearest Mexican restaurant, I ordered the torta with only lettuce tomato onion cilantro . - 👩🏽‍🍳🙌🏽 AMIGAS!!! No me queria ir a la cama sin antes compartirles la #Receta de la Capirotada Saludable que les presente por mi página en FB!!! INGREDIETES: 2 Bolillos de harina de trigo (integral) 2 cucharadas de azúcar de coco (o morena) 1 + ½ taza de leche de almendra 2 huevos 1 limon (la cascara rayada) Canela al gusto 2 cucharadas de chia ½ taza de pasas 1 platano maduro ¼ taza de coco rallado 1 cucharadita de vainilla INSTRUCCIONES: 1. Mezcla la leche, huevos, la cáscara rallada del limón, vainilla, la azucar de coco en una licuadora. 2. Ya que este todo mezclado, agrega la chica y luego coloca la mezcla líquida en el pan integral que vas a cortar en trocitos y ponerlo en un molde para hornear. 3. Empieza acomodar el pan y coloca las pasas y coco todo sobre el pan. 4. Corta el plátano en rueditas y colócalo sobre el pan y para finalizar, la mezcla líquida, vacíala sobre todo el pan para que se quede bien mojadito. 5. Refrigera el molde por unos 20-30 minutos para que el pan absorba la mezcla. 6. Despues lo pones en el horno a 350 grados por aproximadamente 30-40 minutos. DISFRUTA!!! Go and get your fill of everything that you may have missed on Meatless Monday’s or just go because you want to watch again and show them some love. You should absolutely be an active participant in your health and your future. You don’t have to be vegan to secure a healthier future for yourself, but you do have to make active and not passive choices in your life to do better and to be better. There’s nothing wrong with adding some greens to your life. Try it out. I dare you and tell me how you feel afterwards.
