- It's been a hot minute since I've posted any training footage of myself. Description of the work out in the actual video. Just keep watching it until you see it all. I'm starting back at square one again. Thanks to the military for setting me back over 3 years, I have alot of catch up to do in terms of regaining and getting new levels of strength. My squats and deadlifts have suffered tremendously and I for that I seek hyper focused revenge on those responsible for wasting my time. I'm not mad, I'm just ready to hit the ground running for getting back on track with soo many things. If you are interested in what program I'm on and will be on for some time it's @hybridperformancemethod. I make no commission for saying that nor affiliation. I just like sharing what honestly works and good people who deserve some recommendations for truly killing it. This brings me to my next point. I will not be showing footage unless it's a PR or physique update. I'm not be wasting any time on growing myself and businesses with fucking around in the gym trying to film every single session myself anymore. I'm getting work in then I'm out in a flash. In due time, I will absolutely be hiring a film crew for epic shots of A rolls and B rolls because I wanna go HAM instead of half assing this. I'll still be documenting my journey but I'm not going to fumble around in things that are taking away my focus and time to create more streams of income to spread my message far and wide. I still Snapchat and obviously I'm still on here for the sake of offering value in helping inspire people to get off their assess and work on their dreams. - Something I’ve been trying to actively do every morning when I wake up is to set an intention for my day! This helps me stay focused in so many ways, today’s intention was recovery. Recovery in all aspects, I’ve been working non-stop lately in addition to being in competition prep and setting time aside to genuinely rest is vital for me.
