Comunque in linea di massima ci si allena tre volte a settimana perché occorre dare il giusto recupero , non solo al muscolo ma anche agli altri componenti presenti nel nostro corpo, vale a dire elettroliti, proteine muscolari contrattili, organi cellulari danneggiati, altrimenti s'incorre all'OVERTRAINING (sovrallenamento) con la conseguenza di non raggiungere nessuno obiettivo e ad avere molti disturbi come AMENORREA,TENDINITI,PROBLEMI.ARTICOLARI, CALO DI.PESO ECCESSIVO,INSONNIA, E MOLTI ALTRI.
