- I started to workout my upper body more frequently lately but #legdays are still my favorite. I don’t lift heavy weights every workout but I make sure I challenge myself once in a while. I also don’t do exercises that I don’t like but replace them with something that I enjoy! It’s hard to grow muscles and get fit. Patience is the key and I still have a lot to improve!!! Switching to a plant based diet was the best choice ever. I have more energy, I feel great, and I have a better endurance. This means when you skip them not only are you missing a chance to sculpt a large portion of your body but you're missing an opportunity to burn some serious calories. Weak legs can also result in greater knee, hip and back pain. My new workout routine let me get in some serious leg work today and only took 20mins. Cause ain't nobody got time for an hour and a half in the gym. 🙌🏻
