Series de trabajo entre 65-80%RM (3-4 rep.) con la necesidad de reaprender tanto la técnica correcta como lo que es mover kilos. Propósito claro de enfatizar en la velocidad de tirón y saltar. Gracias a @toni_torres_entrenador por su supervisión y enseñanza.
