It basically pointed out the correlation between our #MOODS and how much energy or tension we feel at any given time; And how that in turn effects our daily habits especially #EATING and #EXCERCISING ...it established that we are more likely to break diets or hate exercise when we are in a state of Tense Tiredness....which means if we are aware of those times when we are overly stressed and exhausted then we can circumvent cheating on our diets or choose a better time to exercise just by focusing on what moods happen and when ...which will require #self-awareness to track those moods throughout the day... ....it went on to say that mood also effects whether or not you get sick...ITS PROVEN SCIENCE THAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE BETTER MOODS , ARE MUCH LESS LIKELY TO GET SICK!!
