Remember peeps, paling penting sekali dalam weight training adalah FORM. Sebab itulah rutin awal awal kebanyakkannya I use lighter weights in order untuk I do it correctly with good form. - As each day passes by I’m reminded of how much easier and less exhausting it would be to just own who I am. • • So here’s my decree: No longer am I gonna try to make myself small because of my fear of what someone close to me might say or how they will react. I will do as my heart pleases, respectfully considering another’s thoughts but not letting it hinder my self expression or growth thereof. • • • 2018 of being BOLD, DISCIPLINED, and FUN is going strong! • • How are y’all goals doing?
