When I train triceps I always incorporate some type of dip exercise (first exercise) and some type of overhead extension exercise (second exercise). During my stay in the Philippines every Workout always started with at least 45 - 1 Hour jump rope training. This is my warm up and it really gets the heart racing. Once that is out of the way it was “Calisthenics all day everyday” where I was staying the gyms were a 20min drive and I did not have access to them all the time. Ich habe 2015 angefangen mit Sport und Ernährungsumstellung in 10 Wochen 12 Kg abzunehmen hatte aber nach einpaar Monaten tiefst wo ich wieder zugenommen habe und wieder abgenommen habe und jedesmal ist es mir schwer gefallen durch zuhalten das Bild ist vom Sommer 2016. Ecco un esempio di circuito che potete fare anche a casa vostra! -Squat a corpo libero -Push ups -Mountain Climbers -Snake (floor pull) -Bridge Variation -Diamond Push ups Per motivi tecnici (Instagram taglia i video a 1') ho dovuto accorciare le tempistiche, quindi eseguire gli esercizi in modo rapido (vi consiglio di lavorare più lento e controllato nelle fasi negative, quindi la fase di "discesa" nelle ripetizioni) e fare soltanto 4 ripetizioni per esercizio (vi consiglio di lavorare sulle 10 reps). Le donne o i principianti, per i Push ups, possono eseguire la variante con ginocchia appoggiate a terra.
