- I feel so grateful to have spent the afternoon with these amazing ladies! 👆 Today i hosted my HIIT x SPIN x yoga #girlgains event at the @watersidehotel - and my god was it a hot day for these girls to be doing all that hard work! ☀️ But they all absolutely killed it - and it was so lovely to see regular faces and meet new people too! . . Thank you to @beckie190491 for taking the girls through a sweaty spin class 🚲 , @gohyogamcr for leading the hatha yoga 🧘‍♀️ and @watersidehotel for being an amazing venue as always! 🙌 . . Now time to get planning the next one! 📝 #girlgains

- I started to seriously think about my eating habits after years of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and being prediabetic. I was always tired and depressed. The pic on the right was taken in June 2017. I weighed 235lbs and was eating and drinking whatever I wanted. I worked out but I didn’t care about my nutrition. Pic on the left is me at 195lbs and was taken in May 2018. I’m feeling healthier now. I watch what I eat (flexible diet) and workout 5 to 6 times a week. - Wochenende ausklingen lassen mit meinem Mann @bohler_david_luxfit. Zuerst eine kleine Einheit Ganzkörpertraining, jetzt ein Stück Wassermelone 😋 und Netflix 😊 Wir hatten ein bewegtes Wochenende. Da wir in 6 Tagen umziehen werden haben wir gestern schon einen Teil unserer Sachen dorthin gebracht. Nochmals einen großen Dank an alle helfenden Hände fürs Möbel schleppen und montieren 😆 @liiinnchen @toish_ @athnamas92 @bohlerjeremy @pol.maslop @jms.schares Den Abend haben wir dann mit Sushi ausklingen lassen 😋. Heute hatten wir Familientag. Die Uroma meines Mannes und somit die Ururoma unserer Kinder hat ihren 95. Geburtstag gefeiert. Stolzes Alter, starke Frau 😍. Ich habe mir ein Stück Geburtstagskuchen gegönnt. Mal kucken wir mein Darm reagieren wird 💪🍀. Ich wünsche euch einen guten Start in die neue Woche. - This quote is everything 🙌🏼🙌🏼 YES..you have to take care of YOURSELF!! I have been on the struggle bus for a while now. Yep, I am normal and have the same issues everyone else has. I continue to look at my results from 80 Day Obsession and am so jealous and disappointed that I still don’t have those results!! After injuring my shoulder, neck and lower back instead of taking a break from exercise I took a break from everything including my nutrition. And you know what it has shown me, that what I do does work! That doing a program from start to finish and following the meal plan works! Of course I have done things here and there, but not consistently and that’s a big problem. I know it is very normal to need a break, but that break must be short otherwise you hit the point of no return and it is so hard getting back. You start to have self doubt, no motivation and lack of happiness & positivity in your life. Which then leads to many other issues like depression, anxiety and having to get on meds and nobody wants that! So before you get to that point. Start fresh like I am going to do. Let the past be the past and push yourself to be a better version of you ❤️ New LIIFT4 group starting on July 16th!
