YA SE , NO LO PODES CREER ! 😂[ RINDE 17 UNIDADES] 🌿Ingredientes: * 4 y 1/2 tazas se harina integral (use pureza). * 1/2 taza de agua tibia ➕ 1/2 pan de levadura fresca ➕ 1cda sopera de harina integral. * 1/2 taza de leche descremada tibia. * 1cda sopera de sucralosa. * 1cda sopera de escencia de vainilla. * 2cda soperas de aceite. * 2 gotitas de agua de azar. * 1cda sopera de miel. * 2 huevos. 🌿Preparacion: * Preparar el fermento (mezclando levadura agua y harina), taparlo y dejarlo reposar 20'min. * Hacer una corona con la harina e integrar el fermento y el resto de los ingredientes en el centro. * Mezclar de a poco hasta formar un bollo. * Amasar. * Colocar en un recipiente tapado por papel film y dejarlo reposar 2hs. * Desgasificar, amasar y estirar la masa. * Cortar triángulos y enrollar desde la base hacia la punta, colocar las medialunas ya formadas en una placa aceitada. * Pincelarlos con yema de huevo. * Cocinar en horno con precalentado a 180grados aprox 20'min. 🌙🌙OPCIONAL!!Bañarlas con almibar 🌙🌙 ( taza de agua + 1/2 de azucar , revolver y al microondas !) 🌙🌙Nosotros le agregamos un plus de dulce de leche sin azúcar 👉 @steviatrini el recomendado🌙🌙 #Healthy #health #deli #rico #saludable #salud #sano #healthybreakfast #healthyrecipes #recetassaludables #cocinasana #cocinasaludable #integral #sugarfree #sinazucar #sinmanteca #singrasa #medialunas #dulcedeleche

- I had this acai bowl a few days ago! 😋 It's made of a frozen banana, frozen blueberries, acai powder and homemade cashew milk. - Tonight's dinner, home made burgers with a 50/50 combination of grass fed beef and pork mince, loaded up with herbs fresh from our garden and topped with quite a generous (a little accidental, I was using a large spoon!!) helping of dijon mustard! Accompanying this was an experimental fresh fig, goats feta, pomegranate and mint salad, tasty but needed a wholegrain to balance out the strong sweet flavours (quinoa would have been a good choice!) My boyfriend enjoyed his burgers inside the traditional toasted white fluffy bun whereas I, due to bloating tendencies, try to avoid wheat where possible. Instead of spending an extra $6-$7 on gf hamburger buns that tend to contain alot of rubbish ingredients anyway, in a food magazine I've flicked through I saw a pic of burger patties served up inside a cabbage leaf. Taking in a bit of foodspiration I decided to give it a shot!...It was sooo tasty and satisfying, I honestly didn't even miss the bun!!! Something worth trying for those who are gluten free or following a low carb weight loss regime. - Tonight's dinner, home made burgers with a 50/50 combination of grass fed beef and pork mince, loaded up with herbs fresh from our garden and topped with quite a generous (a little accidental, I was using a large spoon!!) helping of dijon mustard! Accompanying this was an experimental fresh fig, goats feta, pomegranate and mint salad, tasty but needed a wholegrain to balance out the strong sweet flavours (quinoa would have been a good choice!) My boyfriend enjoyed his burgers inside the traditional toasted white fluffy bun whereas I, due to bloating tendencies, try to avoid wheat where possible. Instead of spending an extra $6-$7 on gf hamburger buns that tend to contain alot of rubbish ingredients anyway, in a food magazine I've flicked through I saw a pic of burger patties served up inside a cabbage leaf. Taking in a bit of foodspiration I decided to give it a shot!...It was sooo tasty and satisfying, I honestly didn't even miss the bun!!! Something worth trying for those who are gluten free or following a low carb weight loss regime.
