- While at school, I did’t really study that much as people may believe. I thought spending 5-6 hours in class every day was already a big amount of hours of studying for a 24 hours day, in which you’re supposed to sleep 8 hours, eat, relax, and live.. so I did’t feel guilty if sometimes I couldn’t find time to study in the afternoon. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had other priorities. I needed to get active, to do something to release stress. I needed to bake. Once home, I would first do those things, and then study. I would go to sleep at 1 am if necessary, but firstly I had to do those things. People watched tv, read books, or played games.. I had to bake. I used to bake almost every day, and obviously....something that I would eat for breakfast (would you say?🙈), something simple but delicious, like this strawberry tart, made with just 4 ingredients but so rich in flavor! So that I had something to be excited for once the alarm went off in the morning! For me, it was something a little magical.. to bake in the evening and to wait until the following day to taste what I had prepared. I would sleep with the smell of cake cuddling me, dreaming of its sweetness, and waking up in the morning finally enjoying and savoring it, happy like a child seeing its favorite superhero! It did not disappoint 😍 I made mine with spinach and mushrooms and because I made it for @frans_fitness_lifestyle and his family I got special bakery bread with butter and avo and allllllllll the trimmings and I realised how much I miss butter 😂 . First time making this and I was very proud of the turn out! This meal is very healthy and full of nutritional goodness so will 100% be a staple from now on. - Kichererbsen-Fusilli mit getrockneten Tomaten, Feta und Pinienkernen 🍝🍅🧀 1 kleine Zwiebel 1 Knoblauchzehe ca. 10 getrocknete Tomaten ohne Öl 125 g Kichererbsen-Fusilli Feta (nach Bedarf) Salz, Pfeffer TK-Chili TK-Basilikum 1 Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehe kleinschneiden und in Kokosöl anbraten. Parallel dazu die Fusilli nach Packungsangaben zubereiten. Sowie die Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne ohne Öl rösten. Währenddessen die getrockneten Tomaten ebenfalls kleinschneiden und mit dem Chili nach einigen Min. zu den Zwiebeln und dem Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben. Den Feta in Würfel schneiden und kurz mitbraten.
