- EASY MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL My family love mango, so they are always in our fruit bowl at this time of year. To make them even more nutritious, I made them for breakfast in this easy mango smoothie bowl. - Made some #Vegan Persimmon Oatmeal Muffins! During the holidays my mom left me with some persimmons in my freezer and a handwritten recipe in my recipe binder. Score! I think my favorite part of altering family recipes is seeing my mom and grandma's handwriting while I cook. It's very comforting 😄 These are great for breakfast or snacks. They are pretty low in sugar and super duper healthy so, if you are partial to a sweeter muffin, I would probably double the brown sugar, or measure out the written amount but use Truvia. That being said, I made them with the reg amount of brown sugar and they are delicious! The last picture is the recipe with my written alterations, but I did need to cook these about 5 min longer (could be my oven or the changes I made) Happy Monday 😊 #veganrecipes #healthyish #healthybreakfast #yummy #familyrecipes
