- My absolute FAVORITE breakfast, minus the salmon and poached egg instead. After my morning workouts I dive into some eggs with cooked spinach and half of an avocado. Since I’m paleo-based the avocado helps (healthy fats) to replace the little amount of carbs I can have. Eggs are the BEST source of protein after your morning workouts. They’re light, delish and full of goodness. 2 eggs 1/3 cup egg whites 1/2 cup spinach 1/2 avocado Sometimes I sneak in a banana because I just never get enough of them and I’m not about getting muscle cramps. - Happy Tuesday guys! ❣️ From gym 2 class in 10 mins flat! (I also change into my Doc Martens but forgot for the pic 😬) But I used to be obsessed with taking a shower DIRECTLY after the gym but I eventually had to get in the habit of skipping that in order to make it to class/work right after the gym! Sometimes I only have a limited amount of time to make it to the gym so making things quick is super important during the week 😈 So here are a few little tips for making it where you need to go after the gym in a short amount of time: ✅ Bring some clothes to change into/put over your workout gear so ya don’t feel like a total mess 🙃 ✅ BODY SPRAY AND DEODORANT ✨😉 ✅ PLAN UR WORKOUTS! Not just day by day, but the entire week so you have a good idea how long workouts are going to take. I like to save leg day for days where I don’t have a lot going on so I can spend he most time I need in the gym 🔥 ✅ Gym bag or backpack—pick one! Don’t lug around two bags from class to gym, etc. I have made the mistake of taking both around and wanting to die 😖 ✅ No matter how much of time crunch you’re on—remember to wash your face! Sweat makes ya breakout hardcore so getting all that off is important! My fave is @freskincare! If ya want ... use my discount code “MEGANJ” for 15% off 😉 ✅ Well, lastly I guess it’s just, don’t stress if you can’t get in the workout you want in the one you have.
