- Hi folks! There seem to be a few new faces around here so I wanted to say hello and introduce myself 👋. I'm a @whole30approved private chef with a meal prep business based out of Knoxville, TN. Many of you have asked about #Whole30 and in complete honesty I don't live a Whole30 lifestyle 24/7. In fact, I'm back to prioritizing my health by working out again, on Day 18 of #JanuaryWhole30, and getting some much needed rest after a crazy holiday season. Who can say no to a house full of family and Christmas cookies?! It's all about balance. If I've learned anything it's that health is a journey with many steps forward and a few backwards. - f r i d a y has been a good work day and a food day 😎sneaked in some extra veggies this pm. i can eat this bowl everyday because dayuuummm it’s so good👌🏻 vegetable stir fry recipe: heat 2tbsp oil in large deep pan on medium-high heat. add chopped onions, stir fry 2 for minutes. add 1c thinly sliced mushrooms, 1c broccoli florets, 1c red bell pepper, 2tbsp fresh ginger, 1c cornflour coated tofu; stir fry 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
