When people would know how much it can impact the overall visual apparence of the delts I'm sure they'd put more thought into it.😁 . 💡Rear delts when fully developed will not only help in overall postural balance but also they'll push your medial delts more out and make them pronounced from the front perspective. Also developed rear delts will make you appear wider from the side and give you that fuller rounder 3d delts look.✅ . 💡NO! All the pulling and rowing variations for back aren't sufficient for maximizing rear delts development.❌ . 💡Rear delts are predominantly slow-twitch muscle fibers dominant muscle which means going into higher rep range, chasing pump, working on prolonged time under tension is what you should work on.✅ . 💡Rear delts have massive recovery capacity which means you should hit'em often. High frequency, even hitting them every or at least every other training session works wonders.✅ . 💡Chase the progressive overload! You chase progressive overload on chest, back or legs exercises than why you wouldn't do the same with any other muscle? Rear delts will grow if you overload them over time. Strive to add more weight, reps, volume, cut the rest periods...✅ . 💡Train'em with intensity for godness sake! I know for most rear delts are an afterthought but if you want great delts development you'll have to change that.
