- Saturday thoughts. This is a very real, and difficult post for me to put out on social media, but I am hoping it will provide me with an extra layer of accountability and determination. This is what I currently look like, no filter or editing. Am I happy with what I currently look like? No. Have I made positive changes to move towards what I want to look like? No. I HAVE struggled over the past few months, physically due to my health but more importantly mentally, emotionally and my eating habits have become a blur, and out of control to an extent. Yesterday I watched a movie on Netflix and had an epiphany, a lightbulb moment, a realisation. Yes my health may not be 100% right now, but there are changes I can make to have a positive impact, and make me feel good. Wallowing, self pity, and eating the odd slice of cake out of misery, or grabbing a chocolate bar because I feel upset, or angry, is not going to help... in fact, it’s hindering my life- not only in the gym, but affecting everything. So, the point of this post? Après deux semaines de carnage alimentaire et ouais mon pire ennemi a voulu refaire son come back ( TCA nous voilà) j’y ai gagner 2kg des entraînements quasi inexistants 1 running voir 2 2-3 séance à la salle . Et voilà le résultat . Mais voilà j’ai décidé de prendre un autre tournant fini la sèche ( mais attend c’est l’été 🤨 la plage 🏖 et tout ça ...) - Lunch today was cinnamon french toast with toasted banana, and skyr, sprinkled with stevia and cinnamon 🤤 I still have some skyr and protein to have but i dont feel like it. I bought 2kg of skyr and didnt notice the expiration date was quite close so i feel like ibe done nothing but eat skyr the last few days. - This is something I helps clients with on a daily basis, so here's some do's and dont's. *DO be realistic about your initial capabilities. *DO try and make small daily improvements. *DO give yourself a pat on the back when you make progress. *DO pick one thing at a time that you'd like to change. *DO start to track food etc. *DO start to plan ahead in terms of food and training. *DO ask for any help you may need. *DO be brave enough to be selfish. Sometimes saying no is difficult but necessary. Your goals don't matter to other as much as they mean to you. *DON'T expect miracles. *DON'T try and change everything in the first day. *DON'T deny yourself of everything that you enjoy. *DON'T be hard in yourself. *DON'T rely on the scales as an indicator of success. *DON'T compare your success to that of others. *DON'T compare your progress to previous progress. The past is gone! *DON'T give up!!!! 🌍online training and PT @ www.lg-fit.com
