- teeny yogini 💞 yoga can truly start at ANY age! some wonderful poses for toddlers are downward dog, butterfly, forward fold, star pose, triangle and chair. partner poses are also a blast! partner tree and airplane, superhero pose, see saw and snake on a rock are a few wonderful poses to start with. play some fun music, giggle, sing and play yoga! you will foster such a beautiful connection to your little; and they will build strength, emotional control, confidence and breath awareness. xx

- #yoga, yo hago ejercicios de yoga 4 veces a la semana , lo recomiendo a primera hora , si es posible en la playa mejor , es algo mágico, es conectarte contigo , estar en paz , relajado, hoy es un día ideal para hacerlo en familia y organizar una pequeña comida, #picnic , #picnicday, la gente piensa que todo el que practica yoga es #vegetariano , #vegano , pero no es así , aunque recomiendo después de los ejercicios de #yoga consumir alimentos naturales como las #frutas, #fruits , #té, #tea , #ensaladas, #proteinasvegetal, tomar mucha #agua, #teverdematcha frío o caliente depende de la hora. - I had so much fun teaching/playing at JUMP! today. The little group of artists who all mingled together during stations was my favorite; so cute. And all the dancing, and imagination play, and hearing about everyone's favorite animals, and always always always watching the poses children come up with; who needs the structure of boring adult yoga when the pure authentic creative forces of children are always around to teach us!? - Does your child ever resemble a grumpy crocodile? I know mine can & so we’ve learnt to practice crocodile breathing to help calm themselves down. Here’s how to do it - lie on our tummy, head resting in hands or to one side. Take a deep breath in through our nose, noticing how our tummies spread out on the floor.
