- Auf Zucker und Milch zu verzichten ist gar nicht soo schwierig, finde ich. Ja, Zucker ist fast überall drin, aber wir wollen uns mehr auf die Dinge konzentrieren die noch übrig bleiben, und das ist eine ganze Menge! Ich hab uns eine Einkaufsliste zusammengestellt, mit Lebensmitteln die es ohne Zucker und Milch zu kaufen gibt! Einzig Sahne und Butter hab ich draufgelassen, weil ich denke, dass diese in kleinen Mengen absolut ok sind. Die Einkaufsliste findest du auf meinem Blog, Link im Profil! - Homemade humus🙂 📷 @eat_healthy_eat_clean_ 🔪@eat_healthy_eat_clean_ Prep is so easy and fast all you need is 1 can of chickpeas, 1 tablespoon of tahini sauce (see previous post for recipe), 1 garlic clove (optional), half of squeezed lemon juice, food processor or blender. So first what you need to do if you use canned chickpeas wash them and boil them in salted water for few minutes,if you are vegan dont throw water from can away tomorrow i will show you how to make chocolate muse from it 😋 After few minutes take chickpeas out of the water and let them cool a little bit (don't throw that water either you will need it for humus). In a mean time in food processor put 1 tablespoon of tahini sauce and lemon juice and mix it for 1-2 mins on high speed, then ad 1 clove of chopped garlic and mix again until you get smooth mixture. Next is to start adding chickpeas inside, add half of them and mix it, then add a little bit of that cooking water you left aside mix it well and add other half of chickpeas inside and few more tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix that untill it gets smooth, if needed add a little more water and that's it you made yourself a humus, store it in a fridge and enjoy. Comment if you like it 😏
