- Time to get personal with you for a moment (like I'm not already a perpetual oversharer but oh well). I have a real love/hate relationship with being referred to as a 'milennial.' On one hand, I firmly believe that this is the generation that will lead the way in moving toward a more fair and equal society, but at the same time, there's a certain stigma some folks attach to the term that bothers me. There's a sense of entitlement, laziness, and poor work ethic that some seem to assign to the term. Bottom line: Whether you're a millenial, a baby boomer, a Gen Xer, or whatever other crazy terms they've come up with, your potential is LIMITLESS. I know 70-year old women who are making huge life changes and absolutely surpassing all of their goals, and I know some teens who already achieve at an incredibly high level. I turned 30 last year and thought my life was over (I can be a little dramatic like that). The truth is, life can start whenever you're ready for it. And it can start over, and over again. The only limits that truly exist are the ones we allow ourselves to be subject to. Set yourself free and watch what happens.

What they discount is the potential return on ad spend if they take repeat customers into consideration. If you are confident you can turn a first time buyer into a repeat customer, your ROAS will drastically improve.
