It’s categorized as fat but it also has protein, this has cheese in it but there are vegan versions of it, I used it on top of my fish but sometimes y mix it with yogurt and use it as dressing. As side dish I had brown rice and capsicum/peppers. Very simple, but the pesto changes it a lot. ———————————————————————————————— 🇲🇽🇪🇸 a quien no le encanta el pesto? Está clasificado en las grasas pero también tiene un poco de proteína, este tiene queso pero existen versiones veganas. Le agregue pesto a mi pescado y cambio totalmente el sabor. First we check the fridge to know what we have to spend, then we make a meal plan according to the days we eat at home and we write down what we need.
