- Call me a little obsessive (it’s ok I know).....I’ve gone through every vitamin and mineral that I should be getting on a DAILY basis to see what I should be eating each day. And this little lot constitutes all of it! I’ve decided to attempt one giant mother of all mother soups. I’ll do a roast chicken tonight and then make a #bonebroth over night for all that extra fabulous #glutamine and #collagen for #guthealth Also gonna shred and add chicken as well, which contains sth I cannot remember but that I need apparently #healthyeating #soup #instafood #dailyveg #5aday #greenleafyvegetables #slowfood #thewayweusedtobe #foodforhealth Looking forward to my experiment....hope it’s not disgusting and if I can make it taste good, I literally can make this potent soup every day. The grains and stuff I’ll add to a smoothie.
